Fees and Charges

Basic daily care fees

This is a general accommodation fee which is required to be paid by all residents. A basic daily fee is used to contribute towards your day-to-day living costs such as meals, cleaning, laundry, heating and cooling. Please click on the link for more information.

Means-tested fee

The mean tested fees are an additional contribution towards the cost of care that some people may be required to pay.

Behind every aged resident is a certain level of government funding and the Means-tested fee ensures that residents, who have the income and assets to do so, help contribute towards their own funding. This fee is not retained by Brentwood Aged Care. Please click on the link for more information.

Care

All residents who can afford to will have the choice of paying for their accommodation through a Daily Accommodation Payment or a Refundable Accommodation Deposit, or a combination of both. Description of the room types and associated pricing are detailed in the following link.
